This phase focuses on molding sport-specific hypertrophy (muscle/strength gain), power, and speed training to take your game to the next level.
Off-Season Program 3x a Week
Program Consists of four weeks of:
Plyometrics
Speed/Agility
Weight-lifting
Core/Stability
Injury Prevention
Aimed to improve 3 aspects of speed:
Acceleration
Multidirectional speed
Top Speed
